Music is everything and everywhere - it is the most intimate, intuitive and beautiful language that transcends the oral and written word.

I have found that the classical music world can often fall into the trap of being elitist, competitive, and intimidating - unfortunately driving some people away from this divine art form. The professional scene can sometimes lose sight of what's really important: that music is supposed to be soothing and enjoyable! Although I emphasize technique in lessons, I do not lose sight of this truth and I always try to keep my students motivated and inspired.
